Property company PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. prepare a capital expenditure of IDR 3.5 trillion this year or not much different from last year. The company has prepared a capital expenditure budget allocation this year.

PT Indofarma Tbk. will sell land and building assets located in Manado and Padang, to PT Kimia Farma Tbk. Based on the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange quoted today (12/31/2019), the transaction value is IDR 42.5 billion.

The performance recorded by PT Pakuwon Jati (PWON) in the third quarter of 2019 increased slightly. PWON succeeded in pocketing revenue of IDR 5.24 trillion, up 0.2% YoY.
